Cimclean®

part cleaners, system cleaners and floor cleaners

CIMCLEAN 50F is a heavy duty ferrous cleaner designed for cleaning central systems, machine tools and coolant lines. It removes slime, dirt, oil and hard water residue, thereby enhancing the life of the metal working fluid. Cimclean 50F is a relatively mild but effective cleaner. It is not harmful to machine tools when mixed with currently known cutting fluids. Cimclean 50F prevents rusting of ferrous machine tools and parts during a cleaning operation. By removing slime, dirt, sludge, oils and insoluble soaps and eliminating bacteria and micro-organisms, Cimclean 50F highly improves emulsion stability. This enhances the life of the metal working fluid. Protect from freezing, direct sun and store between 5 - 30° C.
 Packaging type   5, 25, 200, 1000   litre and bulk

CIMCLEAN FC 910 Cimclean FC 910 is a heavy-duty liquid industrial cleaning compound formulated especially for use in mechanical floor scrubbers. It is also ideal for use in mop-bucket floor cleaning operations. This product effectively removes grease, oil and shop dirt from concrete, wood block and terrazzo floors. It is not generally recommended for polished resilient flooring as it will remove many floor waxes. Cimclean FC 910 is a buffered alkaline material containing no free caustic. The pH of the concentrated material is under 13, while use dilution solutions show a pH of under 11. Cimclean FC 910 contains no butyl cellosolve. This controlled foam cleaner will not clog floor scrubbers and is chemically balanced to prevent the corrosion of steel and aluminium scrubber parts. Cimclean FC 910 dries rapidly and will not leave floors slippery. Protect from freezing, direct sun and store between 5 - 30° C.
 Packaging type   5, 25, 200, 1000   litre and bulk

CIMCLEAN PC 220  is a liquid cleaning compound and corrosion inhibitor used in highpressure production spray washers. It is intended primarily for use in removing coolants, machining fluids and honing oils from ferrous metal surfaces. Cimclean PC 220 is a non-foaming cleaner. It has been shown to defoam washers contaminated with foaming metal working coolants. Cimclean PC 220 solutions reject oil leading to enhanced washer cleanliness and extended solution life. Cimclean PC 220 chemically imparts corrosion protection to metal surfaces without leaving a visible or tacky film. Cimclean PC 220 produces no films to interfere with gauging. Surfaces cleaned with this product do not exhibit water spots. Protect from freezing, direct sun and store between 5 - 30° C.
 Packaging type   5, 25, 200, 1000   litre and bulk

CIMCLEAN PC 340 is an alkaline cleaning compound designed specifically for use in cleaning machining coolants, drawing compounds and oils from aluminum, steel, brass or galvanized surfaces in high pressure spray washers. Cimclean PC 340 can also be used in dip or soak operations. Cimclean PC 340 will not cause pitting, corrosion or staining on rough cast or machined aluminum surfaces. Aluminum test pieces soaked in 2% solutions of this material remained bright and corrosion-free over a period of a month. Galvanized sheet is not affected by Cimclean PC 340, nor is brass or copper. Cimclean PC 340 protects iron and steel from rusting without the addition of supplemental corrosion inhibitors. Protect from freezing, direct sun and store between 5 - 30° C.
 Packaging type   5, 25, 200, 1000   litre and bulk

CIMCLEAN PC 410 is a heavy-duty alkaline spray cleaner for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Cimclean PC410 combines extremely high detergency with low operating temperatures and is safe even on the most sensitive metals. Cimclean PC410 is recommended for: Single stage and low pressure multiple stage t-washers. Cleaning aluminium and zinc castings. Cleaning copper parts. Cleaning galvanised parts or sheet stock. Removing residual drawing/stamping lubricants after forming operations. Removing residual coolants on parts after machining. Removing residual mill oils prior to subsequent operations. Keep at temperatures between 5°C and 35°C in original container.
 Packaging type   5, 25, 200, 1000   litre and bulk

CIMCLEAN PC 430  is a liquid medium-duty alkaline immersion and ultrasonic cleaner for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Cimclean PC 430 combines good detergency with low operating temperatures. Cimclean PC 430 will remove cutting oils, coolants, drawing/stamping lubricants, quenching oils and general shop dirt from steel, aluminium alloys and plastic. Cimclean PC 430 is recommended for: Cleaning large or small metal parts after machining. Cleaning parts after heat treatment process. Removing in-process rust preventatives prior to painting or subsequent operations. Ultrasonic cleaning of small parts. Removing residual drawing/stamping lubricants after forming operations.
